Description:

This small Win32 utility will make it easy to add 
a Windows opening sound event to any program or DLL. After
you add such a sound event to a program of your choice, it
will be played each time you start this program.

You can edit this sound even later using the control panel
or OpenSound itself.

This version of the program also enables you to remove
opening sounds -- but use it with care!
